What is dry disease on chili?

The disease is mainly on fruits, causing the fruits to dry and broken, which can cause damage of up to 50%. The initial lesions are small round spots with dark green color, concave, slightly wet, then the lesions gradually have a lozenge to oval shape, light yellow to white gray or black.
